A cooking mixture containing quinoa

Contains:

Sweet Moroccan paprika - whole red paprika grilled with coarse sunflower oil - with a strong color and a special taste.
Cumin - Cumin is very useful as a stomach pain reliever and gas dispenser, and therefore excellent in lentils saturated with gas.
Quinoa - seeds of quinoa is a very high nutritional value. Unlike wheat (which is low in amino acid lysine), quinoa is rich in all essential amino acids, giving it a very high protein quality. Quinoa is rich in fiber, phosphorus, iron and magnesium.

Vegetables - tomatoes, peppers, onions.

How to use:

Fry lightly 1 cup of the mixture with 1 cup quinoa.
Add 2 cups of water and a little salt.
Boil, lower the flame and cook for 20 minutes on low heat.
