Scientific name: Piper Nigrum

Pepper is a climbing plant contains family piperaceae and fruit. Fruits undergo drying and finally used as a spice. Black pepper, white, red and green are produced from the same Moato tree but are picked at different stages and then undergo drying. Pepper grown in southern India, where it is grown in large areas, and grown more tropical areas. Green pepper is actually black pepper plucked from pre-ripening.


Culinary Uses:

green pepper is a mild and delicate flavor. Especially suitable for pickling additions, fish and meat dishes.

Other uses:
