Scientific name: Micromeria Fruticosa

The white miniature is a herb and an extract from the lipid family. The plant grows in Israel and is common throughout the Mediterranean region. The flowering plant contains small white flowers and leaves with special aroma.

Culinary Uses: 
is most commonly used as an infusion and serves as a main ingredient in Gabriel's brew, brewing of forest plants and more.

Other uses:

  • contains a lot of essential oil and it is a plant that helps the various systems:
  • Digestive system - All the plants of the lipid family are recommended for help in digestion and gas as a decision after the meal. 
  • The opening of the airways and colds - the small one with a slightly spicy mint flavor and therefore helps to treat the respiratory tract, cooling, phlegm and cough. 
  • Abdominal pain - A study conducted in Neve Ya'ar found that the etheric oil found in Zola (Poulogne) is effective against E. coli bacteria, and therefore the plant helps to cause abdominal pain caused by various infections.

How to use:
Soak leaves in hot water, filter and drink.
