A mixture of shiitake mushrooms, porcini, champignon and bulitos.


Mushrooms - contain few fats and carbohydrates and are considered a good source of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. Common varieties - champignon, porcini, shitake.

How to use:
Rinse the mushrooms, soak in boiling water for 10 minutes and then filter.
