A special blend for Chanukah, but also for the rest of the year for sweet latkes.
A
sweet and healthy apple , rich in fiber.
Raisins - shriveled grapes, considered to be excellent blood cleansers.
Fried onion - the favorite onion after a process of drying and frying, with excellent taste.
Papaya - The papain enzyme found in papaya helps digestion and breakdown of proteins in the stomach. Papaya removes intestinal worms and is counteracting heartburn.
Mango - a high fiber fruit and vitamin C.
Blueberries - contain antioxidants and strengthen the immune system. Help maintain blood vessels and normal blood flow.

Directions:
Mix together, 2 grated sweet potatoes, 1 egg, half teaspoon sugar, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 3 tablespoons flour, 5-6 tablespoons of the mixture. Mix well and fry or bake. It is recommended to add a little cinnamon.
