Scientific name: Vervain

A perennial plant, commonly found on the sides of the roads. He has purple flowers and long leaves. The part used is mainly the leaves or the root.

Culinary Uses:
A plant that is used to decide after its health benefits.

Other uses:
A plant that helps sleep problems, fever, depression, increasing the amount of breast milk, strengthening the liver, colds, cough.

How to use:

Intra-infusion: The plant is effective for treating internal wounds. Place at least 3 g of the plant in a glass of boiling water, wait 10 minutes, filter and drink 3 times a day, preferably before eating.
External use: The plant is effective for treating external wounds as well.
